Sharing your password with another person is the same as giving that individual authority to use your name in a transaction. The Client shall be fully responsible for any accidental or unauthorized disclosure of the same. Pine FX shall not be liable for any losses, damage or injury that the Client may suffer where it is determined that the Client has failed to take the precautionary steps resulting in him/her incurring such losses, damage or injury.
